Cancellation Policy
In summary, by using the rental services of Datcha Kayak Adventure, I acknowledge that this company is not a nautical club but an equipment rental company. This means that I am autonomous and competent to navigate safely. I have been informed of the safety instructions by a member of the Datcha Kayak Adventure team and agree to respect them, thus releasing the company from any liability in the event of non-compliance. I agree to stay in the authorized navigation zone, i.e. less than 300 m from the shore and 50 m on either side of the premises. Wearing a safety vest is mandatory. I am aware that weather conditions can change quickly and I agree to adjust my navigation to ensure my safety. I also agree to return the equipment in its original condition, failing which, Datcha Kayak Adventure may charge for any damage, loss or oversight. In the event of an accident for which I am responsible, I know that the company does not cover bodily injury. It is forbidden to bring animals on board kayaks and paddles. Drinks and meals are allowed provided that waste is thrown in a trash can. Weight limits are 210 kg for kayaks (two people) and 90 kg for paddles. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For any rental of buoy, mask or snorkel, I will leave an identity card or a telephone as a guarantee. I agree to respect the rental hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Finally, no refund is provided.
